What is the 'motive' of each soldier in this? Protecting our motherland! And for that he takes the commander's orders supreme. Because the commander's goal is also the same.

अगर हम बात करेंगे "मोटिवेशन" की, तो इसमें दो शब्द छुपे हैं । Motivation शब्द बना है 'मोटीव' और 'एक्शन' से। जैसे कि धन कमाना मनुष्य का उद्देश्य (मोटीव) है, उसके लिए जो कार्य (एक्शन) वह स्वीकार कर लेगा वही उसका 'मोटिवेशन' है।
हर मनुष्य इस ईश्वर रचित ब्रम्हाण्ड में कोई न कोई कार्य कर रहा है। उसे सही मार्गदर्शन देने के लिए कोई उचित गुरू मिल जाता है तो वो अपने सपनों को साकार कर पाता है। बस, दिशा देनेवाला उसे यह बता दें कि कितनी मेहनत और कब तक करनी है। उस गुरू को हम 'मोटिवेटर' कहेंगे।
किसी व्यक्ति में कुछ विशेष गुण होते हैं जिसे दूसरे लोग प्रमाण मानकर अपने जीवन में सफल होते हैं। उनकी संगत में हम अपना अक्स देखते हैं तो वह अनजाने में हमारे मोटिवेटर की भूमिका निभाता है।
प्रेरणा देने वाला व्यक्ति ऊर्जा का एक ऐसा स्त्रोत होता है जिसके सम्पर्क में आते ही आप भी भारित हो जाते हैं। जिससे आप न केवल कामयाब हो जाते हैं बल्कि अपने ध्येय-प्राप्ति का सफर आनंदमय हो जाता है।
मिल्ट्री का कमांडर, 'मोटिवेटर' का एक अच्छा उदाहरण होता है। वह अपने टीम के अंदर इतना जोश और जुनून पैदा करता है, कि उसके एक आदेश पर सैनिक मर मिटने को तैयार हो जाते हैं।
इसमें हर एक सैनिक का 'मोटिव' क्या है? अपनी मातृभूमी की रक्षा करना ! और उसी के लिए वो कमांडर के आदेश को सर्वोपरी लेते हैं। क्योंकि कमांडर का लक्ष्य भी वही है।
